- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for Autotransformer, 3-phase, 230/138-13.2-kV, 150/200/250 MVA triple rated ONAN/ONAF/ONAF, design based on mineral oil, with delivery no sooner than 6/2007 or no later than 8/2007. This solicitation and will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13.5. This procurement is unrestricted and the North American Industry Standard (NAICS) is 335311 and the business size standard is 750 employees. All offeror???s must complete all portions of each section of the solicitation package and must be registered in the databases as indicated on the cover letter to be considered for award. This solicitation will be issued electronically on or about April 21, 2006 on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Note: responses to this RFQ may be submitted electronically online via FedBizOpps or mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E.
