- The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, transportation and supervision necessary for the botanical survey of specific areas for the presence of plants on the Federal Threatened, Endangered plant species (TES) list and Region 9 Regional Forester?s Sensitive Species list for the Monongahela National Forest. These surveys will be conducted in areas planned for ground-disturbing activities. All stands/areas listed in the Schedule of Items will be thoroughly surveyed by the timed-meander method with bias toward covering known likely habitat for the TES plants.
