- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific/Department of Defense Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) Guam intends to procure on a Full and Open Competition basis, a Firm Fixed Price type contract for web based hosted email account services in support of approximately 25,000 student and 2,000 teachers located in Korea, Japan, and Guam. A Performance Work Statement with specific description will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-06-R-1003. The Period of Performance is from 01 August 2007 through 31 July 2008 with four option Periods of one year each. The solicitation/RFP will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 20 April 2006 to close 30 days after RFQ issue date. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency by the closing date. Responses shall be submitted in writing to Point of Contact listed in this Synopsis. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pac.dodea.edu. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scriots/index.html. The Government will consider awarding to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the requirements/specifications listed in the Request for Proposal.
