- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency [US EPA] Mid-Continent Ecology Division, intends to award a sole source fixed-price acquisition utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation [FAR] Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to United Partition Systems, Incorporated of Ontario, California, under authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The purpose of the acquisition is to procure partition wall sections, and accessories, to match existing partition wall sections already in place. The NAICS Code for the procurement is 337215. It has been determined this is the only known company which has the capability to match the existing partition wall sections. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding any firm who believe it is capable of meeting the EPA's requirements as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 15 calendar days of the date of the announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
