- The email address was incorrect for Ms. Robinson in the original synopsis and is corrected as shown: There will be a pre-proposal conference on Wednesday, 26 April 2006 at 9AM at the Catering and Conference Center (Bldg. 211) at the Washington Navy Yard. Please contact LaWanda Robinson at robinson.lawanda1.ctr@navy.mil no later than noon on 24 April 2006 to register. Each individual attending will need to provide Ms. Robinson with the following information in order to obtain access to the base: Individual?s name, name of company, approximate time of arrival, and the building you will be going to. The conference center has been reserved for three hours but is not expected to last that long. Additionally, each attendee will be required to present valid identification upon entry.
