- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1 each Data Physics Signal Star Vector Vibration Controller and Add-On Software for System S/N 70113. This requirement is sole sourced to Data Physics, 2025 Gateway Pl., Ste. 260, San Jose, CA 95110, based on compatibility with existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide Vector Vibration Controller, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship.
