Description

Sealift Logistics Command, Pacific (SEALOGPAC) intends to procure twelve (12) each oily water separator repair kits. Parts include twenty-four (24) each filter bags, S12 5 micron, part number FBGB0582, three (3) each Spir-o-lator cleaners, part number MCLN6732, five (5) each fuses, type GMA 250V 500 mA, part number FGMA0050, five (5) each fuses, type GMA 250V 1 Amp FGMA0100, and five (5) each fuses GMA 250V 6 Amp, part number FGMA0600. Also, one (1) each fuse, type LP Time Delay 2.5 Amp, part number FULP0250, three (3) pressure gauges, 0-200 PSI, 0-100 PSI, and 0-160 PSI respectively, two (2) each pressure switches, 2 (each) valve repair kits part numbers VRKD0800 and VRKD1600 respectively, and two (2) relays, including a pump amplifier with part number REPA0041 and a Control SPDT, part number REGP0042. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The required delivery date is 1 May 2006. The closing date of the solicitation will be 18 April 2006. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 6 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
