- This procurement is for repairs to #5 Cargo Elevator Port Side Fork Lift Truck Guards Containment Wells for USNS T-AE vessel in Alameda, CA. Only written (fax or email) requests for information will be accepted. Fax number is 619-767-4736 and email address is laura.patterson@navy.mil. All requests must provide Duns & Bradstreet number, and CAGE Code. All faxed requests must include an email address. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 17 APR 2006.
