- The work consists of replacing all joint seals; repairing all concrete spalls, popouts and cracks; pressure washing floodwall; applying a cementitious coating; applying two coats of waterproofing; painting all exposed metal surfaces; and painting mon olith numbers at each end of wall monoliths riverside and landside.. The estimated cost of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be a restricted procurement with a total Hubzone set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fisc al years not exceeding 31.0 million.
