- Sheet Metal Parts for UH-60. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation of Stratford, CT; for various replacement sheet metal parts to include; gussets , ribs, angles, skins, bracket assemblies, frames, doublers, frame assemblies, angle supports, formers, baffles, spacers, frame lowers, channels intercostals , rh cover assemblies, skin bond assemblies rh, stringers, tee clips, tube assemblies, webs, guard s, support assemblies, pans, beams, splice opps, splices, stringers, and plates. See list for part numbers and quantities. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation., under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C.2304 and FAR 6.302-1: Only one reasonable source. All qualified sources must submit a written quote in response to this notice, no later than 12:00 AM EST, 1 May 2006. Failure to include a detailed tech nical proposal with your quote will render your offer non-responsive; this office will not contact you for that information. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this solicitation.
