- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ACASR, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss, Texas is soliciting for; 1) CLIN0001. The upgrade of 400 each exisiting licences of OneBridge Mobile Groupware from XTNDConnect 3.61.2003.812 to OneBridge Sync Server 4.2.2004.1206 and, 2) CLIN0002 Gold Level Maintenance and Support for those 400 licenses. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract. The contract wi ll be awarded to the contractor that offers the best value to the Government on price and delivery. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code are 541519 with a small business size standard of $18 million. If selected, the co ntractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov) in order to receive the award at the time of selection.
