- This solicitation is for international door-to-door, time-definite, transportation of perishable subsistence from pick-up points located in the San Francisco area to various locations in Japan, Korea and Guam. Period of performance is for a one year base (1 Oct 06) with four option years. Contract expiration date is 30 Sep 2011. Offeror must be certified under Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulation (14 CFR 121) and willing to commit aircraft to the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF).
