- This requirement will be solicited using ?Other Then Full and Open Competition (OTF&OC) procedures. Raytheon Company, 2501 West University Blvd. McKinney, TX (Cage: 96214) is the recommended source for modifying the AN/AAQ-18 Infrared Detection Set (IDS) that supports the current MH-53J/M and MC 130E. This requirement is for the acquisition of all efforts and materials needed to support the upgrade/modification of the AN/AAQ-18 IDS. Efforts and material are as follows: Non-recurring Engineering for re-design of the infrared camera assembly, resolve desert sand intrusion through turret seal concepts, production of 44 each modification kits and 6 each GSE kits eighteen (18) months after receipt of order (ARO). An additional five (5) modification kits will be supplied for the AN/AAM-83 IDS test set upgrade. This requirement will consist of a Basic Year and One Option Year.
