Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3030-06-T-0027, issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 & 27. Responses/offers are due by 1 May 2006. Please visit www.eps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via email, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses only with a NAICS Code: 315999 and Size Standard: 500. All proposals shall be made FOB DESTINATION. Destination is Goodfellow Air Force Base, San Angelo, TX 76908. Item specification sheet must be provided with quote. The specification sheet must clearly indicate compliance with the specifications as contained in the CLINs. Delivery is required 30 Days after the receipt of the contract by the contractor. Award will be based on best value determination of offeror?s product specifications, price and ability to meet required quantity, delivery and invoicing requirements.
