- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for 100 Taclane Mini Encryptors. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to General Dynamics (GD) as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), 13. This sole source is based on compatibility with existing equipment. All interested parties may submit a quote that will be evaluated. Responses must be in writing and submitted to the contracting official listed above, five (5) calendar days after publication of this notice, 2:00 p.m., April 22, 2006. All communication concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 12:00 p.m. eastern time, no later than 3 calendar day after the publication date of this notice to Mrs. Yokita Davis at 202-307-7832, Fax number 202-307-4877,email yokita.m.davis@usdoj.gov(Collect calls will not be accepted).
