Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Collins, Colorado, requires lodging and meeting space for a meeting to be held in April 2007 for approximately 150 attendees in Witchita, Kansas. A central meeting room set up classroom style is required for two full day and one half day session as well as several breakout rooms that are located in close proximity to the main meeting room. Motel services shall include but not be limited to providing an airport shuttle service as well as shuttle service for the Witchita area to guests. Catering service shall be required for breaks and luncheons for meeting attendees. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading May 1, 2006.
