- PR No: RE06039006; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Cable Assembly, Radio Frequency. This solicitation is for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: Tyco Electronics Corp. (Cage 00779) and M/A-Com Inc. (Cage 96341). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 5995-01-161-8204; P/N 1538-8962, AEQ = 8 each for the Base Year, 8 each of four Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 16 each for the Base Year and 16 each of four Option Years. Delivery: FOB destination, 125 days ARO. Inspection and acceptance are at destination. Surge requirements are one (1) unit in 30 days. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about 28 Apr 2006. The anticipated award date is 27 Sept 2006. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
