- Description
- The proposed procurement is for NSN 1720-01-156-9285, STACK VALVE ASSEMBLY made I/AW Navy drawings CN-16236-CN-01-156-9285 and DD-80020-619447. First article testing applies. Contract type is firm-fixed price for a quantity of 11. Items are to be shipped to DLA Stock Location, New Cumberland, PA. Requested delivery is 290 days, FOB Destination. The drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Restricted Rights Data Restrictions apply. Numbered notes 8, 9, and 26 are applicable. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network.
