- Description
- National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH) plans to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to provide residential support services. The objectives of this contract are to provide the Intramural Research Program (IRP) with the recruitment of participants for active residential and non-residential studies, the drug history of potential participants, medical and psychological screening of potential participants, intake and counseling services for all participants, aftercare services for all participants, and maintenance of records. NIDA anticipates awarding one 5-year cost-reimbursement incrementally funded contract as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is not a RFP. NIDA expects that the RFP will be available on or before May 3, 2006. The reference number to be used for this announcement is: RFP No. NIH NIDA SSSAB 2006-02. All correspondence must cite the reference number provided. The electronic RFP will contain all information needed to submit an offer. No printed version of the solicitation document or source list is available. NIDA will consider proposals submitted by all responsible offerors. Proposals will be due on or about June 5, 2006. The Government reserves the right to cancel this procurement any time prior to contract award.
