Description: The United States Government is seeking to lease space up to 44,652 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (39,617 BOMA Usable Square Feet) of office and related space for new requirement and existing leases for potential replacement for a five (5) year firm term. The Government will relocate from expiring leases if consideration of the economics involved and the other factors prove favorable.
