- This is the annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-05-G-049N with Bell Boeing Joint program Office, Patuxent River, MD and serves as the presolicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by NAVICP for the period of 19 April 2006 through 19 April 2007 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Boeing Ridley Park, PA. Several major items to be repaired include: 7RH 6115-01-462-9263, GENERATOR, DIRECT CU, P/N 766101; 7RH 1680-01-525-6162, VALVE, REGULATING, SY, P/N 901-380-034-109; 7RH 4810-01-4611-917, ACTUATOR, ELECTRO-ME, P/N 901-382-012-105; 7RH 1620-01-475-2013, STEERING UNIT, P/N 901-336-009-111; 7RH 1260-01-4764-571, DISPLAY UNIT, MULTIF, P/N 901-370-363-101; 7RH 1680-01-521-5195, DUAL DIGITAL MAP, P/N 901-370-351-501 Aircraft: V-22 tilt rotor However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential reparable items which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). The items contemplated for procurement of repair require Government source approval prior to contract award, as flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition.
