- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. Decision for award will be priced on an all or none basis. All items must include a minimum warranty of 1 (one) year with the exception of the last 3 (three) items which must include a 90 (ninety) day warranty. The specific make and models are required for continuing operability. All responsible resources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. These items will be acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 19 April! 2006. Anticipated award date is 24 April 2006. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, VA. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
