- THE FSC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT HAS CHANGED FROM 63 TO 1730. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE) intends to issue a competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside, firm fixed price contract for a Stabilized Platform Assembly, Part Number 618434-2. This will be a five-year IDIQ contract with a minimum quantity of 3 units. The Stabilized Platform is the focal point for providing the correct degree of stabilization for the Glide Slope Indicator. This is accomplished through the use of a gyroscope, hydraulic cylinders, and electrically operated servo valves. The solicitation will require a First Article testing unit and a Quality Conformance Inspection plan with sampling rates. Higher Quality Assurance Program Mil-I-45208 is required. One (1) Gyroscope, P/N 516284-2 will be provided as Government Furnished Material. The delivery schedule is eight months after date of award. Configuration Management per MIL-STD 973 is required. Inspection and Acceptance at source. FOB is Lakehurst, NJ. Award will be based on best value method. The Stabilized Platform drawings are subject to Export Control regulations and will only be released to firms who are certified with the CLIS for receipt of military critical technical data. It is requested that all interested parties submit a current completed and certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) to NAWCADLKE Contracting Office.
