- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a firm fixed price contract for procurement of 11 EA, Adapter Ground Handling, NSN: 1730-00-001-2273RN, P/N: F311009-1, with four, one year options for a quantity range of 1-3 EA. A solicitation will be issued 15 days from the date of this notice. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within thirty days after issuance of solicitation, or forty-five days after publication of this synopsis will be considered.
