- Army Contracting Agency-The Americas would like to identify interested parties for Rotary Wing airlift requirements for Colombia. The requirement will be to provide a combination of Non DOD passenger and cargo movements. Interested carriers are reque sted to submit a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the responsibilities listed above and indicate whether they are a Department of Defense (DOD) approved carrier. Responses shall be limited to three pages and submitted electronically in M icrosoft Word or Adobe .pdf format.
