- This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. NAICS Code 238990, Size Standard $13,000,000. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Completion no later than sixty (60) days. This proposed procurement has been amended w ith a new bid opening date of 18 April, 2006 at 2:00 pm. Contractor's requests for this amendment will be performed through ASFI. Contractors may register to be placed on the Bidders/Offerors mailing list by going to the website http://nab.usace.army.mil /ebs.htm.
