- This modification of synopsis is done to indicate that this requirement is set aside as an 8A small business SOLE SOURCE buy to Quality Networks, Inc (0HJA3), to change the Special Purpose Cables quantity to a BEQ of 152 over a four year period of performance, and delete the Knob requirement. This will be a fixed-price acquisition for one hundred fifty-two (152) each Special Purpose Cables applicable to GRC-239. Cable NSN: 5995-01-508-8777RY, Cable P/N: 903238-1. Destination: CONUS. The approximate issue date for the solicitation amendment will be 5 April 2006 with an approximate response date of 12 April 2006.
