- MODIFICATION 2 for solicitation number FDA1015159. The purpose of this amendment is to post the answers to questions, provide a designated fax number and to extend the due date by one day. The fax number to be used is (301) 827-7106, Attn: Gwen Hubbard. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM, Friday, April 7, 2006, Eastern Standard Time. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: (1) Would you please tell us how to submit our proposal? Do you accept email submission or fax or to be mailed to which address and whose attention and also before what time we got to submit the proposal on April 6, 2006 Proposals may be submitted by email or fax, as long as they are submitted by on time. (2) Do you any security clearance? Each person performing the contract onsite will have a security clearance performed by the FDA. The clearance will be similar to that of new Government employees. No prior clearance is required. (3) My question for you regarding the subject solicitation for contract specialist services is if this order is set aside for only small SDVO?s or whether larger SDVO?s are eligible to bid on this solicitation This is a simplified acquisition, and when we set it aside for a SDVO it does have to be a small business SDVO. No further questions will be accepted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-APR-2006).
