- This is a modification to the notice for the operation, maintenance, and protection of DFSP Tampa to add the preproposal conference date and time. A preproposal conference will be held on site at Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Tampa, FL, on May 9, 2006 at 0900 hours. If you are an interested prime contractor, attendance is considered mandatory. Please contact Monica Fass at 703-767-9335 not later than Friday, May 5, 2006 with a list of attendees. Technical questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted via email or in writing by May 3, 2006. Solicitation will be issued on April 18, 2006 via posting both to the DESC web site and the Federal Business Opportunities web site.
