- TASCthree- Full and Open Competition for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Population, Health and Nutrition Technical Assistance and Support Contract Three (TASCthree). USAID anticipates that a multiple award five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract will be awarded for the services specified herein.
