The Competitive Sourcing Official is Robert J. Moffitt. The Agency Tender Official is James W. Hammersley. The Contracting Officer is Sharon A. Gurley (202-205-7084) The Source Selection process determined that the successful offeror is the MEO; therefore, it is more cost effective to implement the MEO. A formal Letter of Obligation (LOO) will be entered into at the end of all Contests. This is the official announcement of the result and begins the Contest Period as stated in the original solicitation. Contests will be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular No. A-76, dated May 29, 2003. All contests must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer as stated in the solicitation.
