- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Software Licenses using a Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements, delivery order, type contract on an other than full and open competition brand name basis. Microsoft Office 2003 Professional Software is being procured because it is the standard office automation suite used throughout the Department of Defense Education Agency. The period of performance is anticipated to be 24 months and the estimated quantities is 6,000 licenses over the 24-month period. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination within 30 days from date of the each delivery order. Specific details will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-06-R-1002. The solicitation/RFP will be issued and posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about April 7, 2006. The solicitation/RFP will close 30 days after the solicitation issue date. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the solicitation/RFP. Award will be issued under the authority of the test program for commercial items (FAR 13.5). The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment.
