- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Irving, Texas ** This modification is being issued to (1) change the West boundary of the delineated area and (2) change the response date for interested parties. ** The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,380 rentable square feet, yielding 6,417 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet in Irving, Texas. The building must be located within the following delineated area: North Highway 114 East Highway 161 South Valley View Lane West Esters Boulevard The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2007. The offered space must be first class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government??s general and specific requirements, including, but not limited to: ? Space must be contiguous and located above grade level. ? Two (2) reserved parking spaces. ?
