Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space in Rapid City, South Dakota The United States Government seeks to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 1,567 rentable square feet of contiguous space in Rapid City, South Dakota. Preferable space should be located in a multi-story building. Office space will not be leased on the first floor, below the first floor, or the top floor of the building. The space should yield between 1,363 to 2,000 BOMA usable square feet. Three (3) secured parking spaces are required for government vehicles. If parking cannot be provided on-site, parking should be located within a two-block radius of the office. Parking lots and all access from the building to the parking lots must be well lit at all times to ensure safety (i.e. a minimum of 10 foot candle level of illumination). Regularly scheduled public transportation and/or sufficient parking to cover commuting needs of employees must be located within reasonable and safe walking distance of the office. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The delineated area is the Central Business District of Rapid City, South Dakota. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
