- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 17,700 BOMA rentable square feet in Elizabeth, New Jersey within the following delineated area: Beginning at Liberty Avenue and Morris Avenue (RT. 82) in the township of Springfield: North: Morris Avenue (RT.82) through the township of Union to Elizabeth River to Morris Avenue to Broad Street in the City of Elizabeth. East: Broad Street to Pearl Street to Amtrak rail lines. South: Amtrak rail lines to Elizabeth City border to Westfield Ave. (Rt. 28) in the township of Roselle to Faitoute Avenue in the township of Roselle Park. West: Faitoute Avenue in Roselle Park to Michigan Avenue through the township of Kenilworth to Rt. 22 to Springfield Road North (RT.637) to Liberty Avenue to the place of beginning. The space should yield a minimum of 15,461 BOMA usable square feet. The offered space must be on one floor. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, with the Government having cancellation rights at any time after the fifth (5th) year. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should include: 1. Building Name and Address 2. Rentable square feet and rental rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
