- Description
- The Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers requires an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the provision of services for the identification, evaluation, recovery, analysis, curation, documentation, interpretation, and ma nagement of historic properties including archaeological sites, historic districts, historic structures, cultural landscapes, and traditional cultural properties that may be potentially affected by various Corps or other federal undertakings. The performa nce of this work will be by the Contractor with a primary emphasis on assisting the Corps, the military, or other federal agencies in complying with historic preservation laws and regulations. The work may involve disciplines in anthropology, archaeology, geology, history, historical architecture, engineering, or regional planning, as well as specialists in materials identification and analysis, dating, curation, remote sensing, and other specialized requirements. The performance of necessary services under this contract shall be within a very broad geographic area that includes, but is not limited to, the state of Washington, as well as portions of Idaho, Oregon, and Montana. Work for the military or occasional re quests from other federal agencies could require the performance of services throughout the western United States and Alaska. The contract will feature a base period of one year with two option periods of one year, each. The maximum contract value will be $500,000 per year or $1,500,000 over the life of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Cod e 541720 with a size standard of $6.5 million. This project is open to both large and small business. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, d oes not exceed $6.5 million.
