- This solicitation will result in a 5-year Requirements Contract; initial requirements for FY06 are 81,220 for the MS3314 lug and 13,945 for the MK3 Lug. Total requirements for the 5-year period of the contract are 632,297 for the MS3314 Lug and 171, 657 for the MK3 Lug. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation includes Range bidding for each year's requirement FY06 through FY10. Solicitation issue date is on or about 21 Apr 06 with a closing date approximately 24 May 0 6. Award will be based on Best Value Criteria identified in the solicitation. Technical Data Package (TCP) are rated Distribution D and will not be available on the internet. Request for the TDP should be emailed to justin.trine@us.army.mil. All TDP re quests must include contractor's cage code and business size. Contractors must be registered in Joint Certification Program (JCP) at www.dlis.dla.mil/ to recieve the TDP.
