- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is prepared as a small business set-aside and IAW FAC 05-08, NAICS 333992. The Missouri Army National Guard Aviation Classification Repair Depot requires a quantity of o ne (1) Welding Equipment. Welding equipment should have the functionality and similar performance to the Syncrowave 350LX. Alternate brands to be considered. Vendor's offering alternate brands should include product literature with quote. Minimum Specif ications are as follows: Parameter values - Preflow 0.2-5;Balance/DIG 0-10;Postflow (S)0-50; Weld Amperage (A)3-400;Background Amperage (%A) 0-100;Pulse Frequency (Hz) 0.25-10; Peak Percent Time (%)5-95;Initial Time (S)0-15; Initial Amperage (A)3-400; Spot Time(S)0-5; Final Slope Time (S)0-25;Final Amperage (%A)0-100; Syncrowave 350 LX Tigrunner with torch #907 198-03-1 Syncrowave 350LX (#907 198), integrated cooler, NO. 37 running gear and remote foot control (completely asse mbled). 25 foot, 310 AMP water-cooled weldcraft crafter series torch (CS31025RM),work cable with clamp, international-style connectors, 10 foot gas hose, regulator/flowmeter, cable cover and AK-4 TIG torch accessory kit. Syncrowave 350LX #907 198-03-1 200/230/460 V, Syncrowave 350 LX Tigrunner with torch. The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this Commercial Request for Quote: 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; 52.212-1, Insturctions to Offerors--Commerc ial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items, (a)Evaluation Factors: The Government shall award a contract to the offeror that is capable of providing a product meets or exceeds the technical specifications of the model referenced. If the offeror proposes an alternate brand the contractor must provide product literature that verifies equality. The contractor must have satisfactory past performance for meeting delivery schedule and customer sa tisfaction. The vendor is to provide a minimum of three (3) previous customers to include Name, Telephone Number and a Point of Contact that has knowledge of the vendor's past performance. Pricing. Technical and past performance, when combined, are equa l in determining best value to the Government.
