- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the US Cost and Economic Analysis Center (CECOM) intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract under other than full and open competition sole source basis to Price Systems, LLC, a small bus iness. The Government intends to purchase site licenses, training, and consulting support for the PRICE Systems Suites. The proposed period of performance will be one year from the date of award. This notice is valid until 16 April 2006 and is NOT a requ est for proposals. The Government does not intend to submit a solicitation for proposals. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compet e this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated on or about 17 April 2006.
