- Provide services for cleaning oil/water separators and properly treating all waste generated through the cleaning process and recycle collected waste oil to "reprocessed oil products" in accordance with applicable Japanese laws and pertinent regulations, and commercial standards and practices. The Contractor, as a minimum, shall possess the valid business permits listed here to perform the services specified in the PWS in conformance with Waste Management and Public Cleansing. 1. Industrial Waste Collection and Transportation Business Permit for waste oil (mineral) and oily sludge (mineral) 2.
