- Update concerning Advisory & Assisted Services (A&AS) follow-on contract vehicles for support at the Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA. The SMC Financial Support (SFS) program will provide financial services to SMC organizations via Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) based upon GSA Professional Engineering Services (PES), Schedule 871, contracts. This work will be set-aside for small business BPA holders with less than 1,000 employees. The final RFP for BPA qualification is expected to be released by the end of April. POC: Renee Berry: renee.berry@losangeles.af.mil, 310-653-1342 The SMC Acquisition Support (SAS) program will provide manpower, personnel, training, administration, configuration/data management, acquisition planning and contracting support to SMC organizations via BPAs based upon GSA PES, Schedule 871, contracts. This work will be set-aside for small business BPA holders with less than 1,000 employees.
