- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSISThe 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for a Gamma Spectroscopy System. This is a Sole Source with Advanced Measurement Technology, INC. IAW FAR 6.302-1. Advanced Measurement Technology, INC. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement. Advanced Measurement Technology, Inc. is the only manufacturer with a Gamma Spectroscopy System with the capability to measure gamma radiation below the 20 Kev energy level, while providing isotopic identity and total activity. These are required in order to meet the listed standards and mission requirements. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3826, with a business size of 500, and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334516. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Advanced Measurement Technology, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
