- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for BriteView Software with 1 year maintenance. This is a PC based reach back, smart push-pull geospatial information system for external users. Graphical display uses NGA standard map operations. 7 each are required. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Expected delivery date is 26-MAY-06 with 1 year maintenance. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-06-T-0100 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 7371, business size of $23,000,000 and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541511.
