- Description
- The 95th Air Base Wing is seeking offerors capable of providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Maintenance of Family Housing at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Family housing maintenance services apply to all houses, garages, storage buildings, and associated grounds, Family Housing Offices, maintenance support buildings, playgrounds, and buildings provided for the contractor use. All services will be performed In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract period will be for a total of five years (basic period of one year, with for, one-year options). The anticipated start date will be 1 Oct 2006. This acquisition is being advertised as an 8(a) set aside under the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Program. All 8(a) firms interested can download the PWS and exhibits, which will be posted on FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) as they become available. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting FedBizOpss frequently to obtain any solicitation documents to include amendments. Absolutely no paper copies of any soclicitation documents will be made. THERE WILL BE A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE HELD ON 17 MAY 2006. More information will be posted at a future date for pre-proposal conference specifics and base access information. The government is not liable for any cost incured by the contractor.
