- The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source GSA delivery order to extend the service of LexisNexis, CAGE 1VVN8, 9393 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg OH 45342-4424, for the following: online access to computerized automated legal research (CALR) services. The period of performance will be from 1 May 2006 thru 31 July 2006. The requirement is sole source procurement under the authority of Section 201, 40 U.S.C. 501 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above service, they must respond with supporting documentation of their technical capabilities before 4:00 p.m. CST on 11 April 2006.
