- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Title/Description: Air Combat Command, Langley AFB, intends to purchase Sole Source the BattleStrom Active Denial System Operators System from AEgis Technologies. SCOPE: The contractor will provide all required services and equipment to provide the system.
