- George E. Wahlen Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is issuing a solicitation for Hospice Services for eligible veterans in the following catchment areas: Utah Statewide, Idaho. At a minimum, offerors must be Medicare certified. It is anticipated that multiple awards will result from this solicitation. Hospice care services may be provided in either patient homes or nursing homes where required.
