Description: This requirement is for contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to replace the main domestic water line and related valves in the basement of building #1 at the VA Fort Wayne, IN. Work includes, but is not limited to multiple utility shutdowns and tie-ins to existing piping which must be done at night.
