- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for sewer utility services at Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) 128 Old Ray Brook Road, Ray Brook, NY 12977. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 221320 (Size Standard: $6.0 Million Revenue). The contractor will be required to reserve in their wastewater treatment systems adequate capacity to accept and treat an estimated annual discharge of 113,653,974 gallons. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required to deliver sewer services to the designated point of service. Service shall commence on or about April 17, 2006. The resulting contract shall have a firm-fixed price and shall have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of ten years duration. All responsible sources must contact the Contracting Officer with their firms specific capabilities no later than April 16, 2006. Participation by small, small-disadvantaged, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, and service disabled veteran-owned small businesses is encouraged. This solicitation is unrestricted. The solicitation and all subsequent information, including amendments will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
