- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TSA ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (TSAAMS). The Transportation Security Adminstration (TSA) is seeking qualified vendors who are subject matter experts in the PRIVACY ACT 5 U.S.C. ? 552a in order to provide consulting support services to the Office of Transportation Threat and Credentialing and other agency organizations. Please submit a brief capabilities statement, not exceeding five (5) pages, explaining your knowledge and ability to provide support and consulting services to TSA on the PRIVACY ACT 5 U.S.C. ? 552a. In addition, please provide any applicable GSA contract information if services can be supplied under the Federal Supply Schedule. Please provide the capabilities statement electronically to Susan Hong at susan.hong@dhs.gov, no later than 12:00pm (noon) Eastern Standard Time on April 10, 2006.
